Johnny Ray Capps 62 of 250 Piggy Bank Lane passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at his home.

Born in 1956 to Johnny and Rosa Adams Capps, Johnny was a salesman for mobile homes, he is preceded in death by: brothers: Billy Capps, Sherwood Stanley, JC Capps and JC Stanley, sisters: Elizabeth Stone, Gail Bailey and Marie Barbour.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Newton Grove Church of God with Rev. David Jarman officiating, burial will follow in the Massey Family Cemetery.

Johnny left to cherish his memories: wife: Clara Capps of the home, sons: Kevin (Shannon) Capps of Clinton, Billy Ray (Cindy) Capps of Florida, daughter: Amy Capps of Newton Grove, brother: Russell Capps of Four Oaks, JB Capps, Donald Stanley of Selma, sisters: Patricia Capps of Clayton, Jean Stanley of Four Oaks, Hilda Brown of Princeton, Rachel Capps of Four Oaks, Ida West of Springlake, six grandchildren; Alaina Capps, Alivia Capps, Hunter Capps, Savannah Capps and Julia Capps. 

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at the church prior to the service.

Flowers are welcomed, contribution can be made to Newton Grove Church of God.
