Cindy Ann Coats 51 of 105 Hunt Valley Drive passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Liberty Commons Rehabilitation Center.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Williford Cemetery in Plainview.
