Anther Blue 59 of 108 Hicks Lane passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
A home going service will be held 2:00 pm on Monday, April 21, 2014 at Hope Valley Funeral Chapel with Bishop Aleus Lee officiating, burial will follow in the Bell Cemetery in Faison.
A public viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday, April 21, 2014 at Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.
He attended Sampson County School, and graduated from Hobbton High School. He was a member of Greater Six Run Missionary Baptist Church.
Knot was a faithful member until his health failed. He was a dedicated Barber at Bud & Son Barber shop in Mt. Olive, NC
Knot joined the 125 Silver Link Lodge Masque Group located in Mt. Olive, NC.
He was raised by his Aunt Lottie Blue Boykin.
He is preceded in death by his mother Elma Blue and father Elbert Bell, Two (2) brothers Otis and Franklin "Scott" Blue and Special Aunt Lottie Blue Boykins, Two (2) sisters Estella Blue and Catherine Bell.
He leaves to cherish his memory:

Faison of Turkey, NC, Virginia ( Alfonso) Bell, Dudley, NC, Lillie Bell of Goldsboro, NC Carolyn Boykin of Faison, NC, Brenda (Jessie) Joyner of Faison, NC, Gloria (Kenneth) Bell of Faison, NC, Cheryl (Johnny) Oliver of Mt. Olive, NC, Barbara Simmons of Charlotte, NC. One (1) uncle- Robert Blue, To (2) Aunts- Dorothy Daughtry Blue and Mary Pearl Blue Judd, A special niece- Paige Blue, special cousins- Reginal Bell and Aggie P. Morrisey, A special family- Mondrick, Joyce, Priscilla, mike Theodore II, and Kendric Faison, and a host of nieces and nephews.
