Albirtha West 85 of 10078 Faison Hwy. passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
Albirtha was the daughter of the late Mary Elizabeth Faison and Richard Royal. She attended Sampson County Public Schools. Albirtha joined Poplar Grove Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.
Home Going Service will be held 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Poplar Grove Church, 163 Poplar Grove Church Lane, with Rev. Willie Alford officiating burial will follow in the Cobb Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory:

Daughters: Mary Kannn (Harold) Powell of Warsaw
Barbara Jean (Alton) Hill of Clinton, NC
Eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Four nephew and nieces,

Special children: Kenneth and Connell Vann, David and Timothy King, Antoinette Montgomery, Sharon King, Brenda Darden, Angela Faison, Minister Hosphita Francois, Dancy Aycock, Little Preacher.
A host of great nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
Visitation will be held from 1:00pm - 6:00pm with family present from 6:00pm - 7:00pm on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.
